**Skyline Apartments Opens to Tenants Along Atlanta BeltLine**
Exact Capital and Aleem Construction have officially completed the Skyline Apartments, a new 11-story, 250-unit affordable housing development located on Hank Aaron Drive in Atlanta. The project is targeted toward residents earning at or below 60% of the area median income, with all units priced accordingly.
Financed by a coalition of public and private partners—including Invest Atlanta, Goldman Sachs, Stonehenge, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), and Walker & Dunlop—the $94 million development broke ground in 2022.
Leasing at the property is currently underway, and the building is approximately 20% occupied. Skyline Apartments offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, with base rents starting at $1,200 per month.
The new development is part of the ongoing revitalization along the Atlanta BeltLine’s Southside Trail. In the surrounding area, shops and restaurants are beginning to open at Terminal South, a new mixed-use destination positioned at the terminus of MARTA’s Rapid A-Line—the city’s inaugural bus rapid transit line. The A-Line is expected to enhance connectivity between the Southside Trail and Downtown Atlanta.
Looking forward, Atlanta BeltLine Inc. plans to complete the entire Southside Trail by 2026, in time for the city to welcome global visitors for the FIFA World Cup.
