**Cushman & Wakefield Adds Industry Veterans to Boston Industrial Team**
Cushman & Wakefield has announced the addition of Tony Coskren and Brian Pinch as vice chairs in its Boston office. The experienced duo will work closely with the firm’s National Industrial Advisory Group to expand Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial investment sales platform across Greater Boston and New England. They will also support the growth of industrial leasing services in the region.

Coskren and Pinch join Cushman & Wakefield from Newmark, where they previously served as Executive Managing Directors. Over the course of their careers, they have collectively managed more than 120 million square feet of transactions. Both professionals also spent time at JLL, where they played key roles in the development of the firm’s industrial platform in the Northeast.
Their appointment is expected to further strengthen Cushman & Wakefield’s presence in one of the country’s most active industrial markets.
