Located on an expansive 89.2-acre site in the 1600 block of Central Pike, the development includes two state-of-the-art industrial facilities. Building A will provide 355,982 square feet of light industrial space, featuring a cross-dock configuration, a 130-foot truck court, 80 trailer parking spaces, 40-foot clear heights, and an ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) sprinkler system.

Building B is substantially larger, encompassing 724,146 square feet. It will also feature a cross-dock configuration, a 130-foot truck court, and 177 trailer parking spaces. Similar to Building A, it will have 40-foot clear heights and an ESFR sprinkler system. Collectively, both buildings will offer a total of 1,080,128 square feet of modern industrial space.

The project is being developed through Stream Realty’s Investment Management platform. The development team includes Rob Lowe, Dale Todd, Drue Stoehr, and Mitch Kingsley. Leasing efforts are being spearheaded by Cushman & Wakefield, while Mycon Construction has been named the general contractor. Powers Brown Architecture is serving as the architectural firm for the project.

Stream is actively seeking tenants for this high-quality industrial development, which is positioned to serve the growing demand for logistics and distribution space in the greater Nashville market.
