Endeavor Real Estate Group has received rezoning approval for a 3.2-acre site located at the intersection of East Sixth and Seventh Streets and Chicon Street in Austin, Texas. The updated zoning regulations will allow the development to reach heights of up to 90 feet, in alignment with the site’s proximity to a transit station.

Currently, the property consists of a small warehouse, two commercial strip centers, a convenience store, and a 20,000-square-foot medical office building. Among the businesses currently operating at the site are Civil Goat coffee shop and Space Cowboy restaurant.

Endeavor plans to transform the site into a mixed-use multifamily development featuring 500 residential units and approximately 5,000 square feet of commercial space.

According to Endeavor’s website, the company provides a diverse range of investment services, including acquisitions, development, and fund management. Its real estate portfolio currently encompasses 30 million square feet of investments, including 13,000 multifamily units.
