**Developer Plans Mixed-Use Project Near I-40/I-85 Interchange in Greensboro**
Impeccable Development is planning a new mixed-use project near the I-40 and I-85 interchange in Greensboro, North Carolina.
According to the Triad Business Journal, the proposed development includes approximately 200 apartment units situated on about 26 acres at the rear of a 29-acre site. At the front corner of the parcel—specifically at the intersection of South Elm-Eugene Street and Wolfetrail Road—the plan calls for a 6,139-square-foot Sheetz convenience store.
The project is expected to be developed in two phases. The first phase will include construction of the Sheetz and an additional building, while the second phase will focus on the residential component.
The City of Greensboro has already approved the infrastructure site plan and preliminary subdivision plan. However, final approval of the Sheetz site plan is still pending.
The property is jointly owned by Mission Properties and DP Development.
