**Ocean Bank Provides $132 Million Financing for VOX I and II Student Housing Near University of Miami**

Ocean Bank has extended $132 million in financing to affiliates of The TREO Group LLC for the development of VOX I and VOX II, two student-oriented housing complexes near the University of Miami’s main campus.

The VOX I and II developments comprise 262 apartment units, offering a range of floorplans from one-bedroom, one-bath to four-bedroom, four-bath layouts. Together, the two buildings will provide a total of 726 beds. Designed with student lifestyle in mind, the complex features a host of amenities including two rooftop terraces, swimming pools, an outdoor summer kitchen, five fitness areas, and more than 20 study lounges.

Located at 7025 and 7175 SW 59th Avenue, VOX also includes 15,682 square feet of retail space adjacent to The Underline, a popular linear park in Miami.

Additional amenities across the projects include over 20 designated study rooms, five separate fitness zones, four grilling areas, three tanning lounges, and 24/7 private access to an on-site market. The complex is situated just 300 feet from the metro, adding a convenient transportation option for residents.
