JLL has announced that its project and development services (PDS) team has been chosen to manage the design and construction of Activation Capital’s Innovation Center, Richmond’s newest biotech space. Activation Capital is a public enterprise of the Commonwealth of Virginia focused on fostering life sciences and advanced technology innovations.
The Innovation Center will cover 100,000 square feet with shared lab space, private offices with dry and wet labs, anchor tenant office & lab spaces as well as circulation areas. JLL’s PDS team will provide comprehensive project management services including due diligence activities such as architecture engineering & construction management for this venture.
This new Richmond-based facility promises to be an exciting addition to the local biotech industry landscape in Virginia thanks to JLL’s expertise in managing projects like these successfully from start till finish!
