**Shiver’s Farm: New Mixed-Use Development Planned for Southlake**
Trademark Property Company, in partnership with Shivers Family Partnership, is moving forward with plans to develop a new mixed-use project spanning more than 40 acres in Southlake. The proposed development, named Shiver’s Farm, is currently undergoing the city’s approval process.
The project envisions a vibrant combination of uses, featuring restaurants, retail shops, office space, and a nationally recognized organic grocery store. Additionally, the plan includes a residential component — 37 single-family homes that will make up a subdivision called Willow Meadows. A hotel and a gas station are also under consideration as part of the broader master plan.
The commercial portion of the project is proposed to include the following square footage:
– Restaurants: 55,687 square feet
– Retail: 18,551 square feet
– Grocery Store: 33,798 square feet
– Office Space: 41,492 square feet
