**Cannon Beach in Mesa Nears Full Occupancy Just Nine Months After Opening**
The wave park at Cannon Beach in Mesa, Arizona, has only been open for nine months, but the surrounding commercial development is already flourishing. Cannon Beach, the $310 million mixed-use project, has leased out 85% of its 500,000 square feet of space, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.
Among the notable tenants to sign on since February are George’s Sport Grill, Lenny’s Burgers, Cider Corps, Mini City, and Twisted Sugar. These additions support the project’s growing reputation as a dynamic retail and hospitality destination anchored by the popular wave park.
One of the most significant incoming additions is a Hilton hotel from the brand’s Tapestry Collection. Once completed, the four-story, 155-key hotel will offer direct access to the surf park – Revel Surf – and include views of the scenic lagoon. This hotel is the first of two planned for the site. The second, an Aloft Hotel by Marriott, will add an additional 150 rooms to the overall hospitality offerings.
Construction is also underway on approximately 45,000 square feet of restaurant space. Only two commercial spaces remain available, underscoring the rapid lease-up and strong interest in Cannon Beach as a premier entertainment and lifestyle hub.
