**Arrive Logistics Expands Footprint at Chicago’s CME Center**
Tishman Speyer has announced that Arrive Logistics will be expanding its presence at the CME Center, increasing its footprint to 77,666 square feet. The office complex, located at 10 and 30 South Wacker Drive in Chicago’s West Loop district, is a key component of the city’s commercial real estate landscape.
Under the terms of its new agreement, Arrive Logistics will add 20,600 square feet to its existing offices as part of an 11-year lease expansion. The company will occupy the entire 23rd and 24th floors, in addition to a portion of the 25th floor at the 30 South Wacker tower. This lease extension secures Arrive’s occupancy through the end of 2037.
Terry Herlihy of NAI Hiffman represented Arrive Logistics in the transaction. Tishman Speyer was represented in-house by Ellen May and Isabella Rapken.
The CME Center spans 2.3 million square feet and consists of two 40-story towers connected by a 10-story central structure. The complex also features a 500-car parking garage. Each tower offers floorplates of approximately 29,000 square feet and up to 16 corner offices per floor, contributing to its appeal for dynamic and expanding companies in Chicago’s thriving West Loop district.
