Jason Hlewicki, director of special projects for Swinerton Carolinas explains that restaurants require a unique combination of detailed design along with technical components such as lighting systems, plumbing systems kitchen exhausts and fresh air intakes – all requiring skilled craftsmanship which their team is known for providing through collective experience and strong partnerships within the industry.
