**Oracle and Nobu Hospitality Partner to Bring Luxury Hotel to East Bank Campus in Nashville**

Oracle Corporation is teaming up with Nobu Hospitality to develop a 126-room luxury hotel as part of its expansive new campus along the Cumberland River in Nashville. The hotel marks a significant addition to Oracle’s plans for the area and will be located on the southern end of the tech giant’s 76-acre site.

According to the Nashville Business Journal, Oracle has already invested $379 million in assembling the land for its future headquarters. The campus will include more than 2 million square feet of space, featuring a mix of office, retail, and hospitality components.

The Nobu hotel will be neighbors with a new apartment and retail development by MRP Realty and will be situated near Topgolf. Hotel amenities include a signature restaurant located in the lobby, a spa, and a rooftop infinity pool, offering sweeping views of the Cumberland River.

Originally projected to cost around $1.35 billion, Oracle’s East Bank campus is now expected to exceed $2 billion. This increase reflects expanded development plans showcased in newly released renderings, as well as the impact of inflation and construction tariffs over the past four years. Oracle is still in the process of finalizing a construction timeline for the ambitious multi-billion-dollar project.
