**Software Startup Expands Operations with New Lease at 151 W. 26th Street**
Koeppel Rosen LLC, the leasing and management agent for the Rosen family portfolio, has secured an 8,569-square-foot lease for Frostbyte Technologies, Inc., doing business as Dripos, at 151 West 26th Street in Manhattan.
Dripos, a growing startup that develops an all-in-one software platform for coffee shops, is relocating from its current location at 45 East 20th Street, where it was spread across 5,000 square feet on two floors. The move to the new space consolidates the company’s operations onto a portion of the 10th floor at the new building, providing a more streamlined layout and additional room for expansion.
Max Koeppel, director of leasing at Koeppel Rosen, represented the ownership in-house during the transaction. Robert G. Mitchell of Byrnam Wood, LLC represented Dripos.
“It was wonderful working with Dripos to negotiate its relocation to 151 West 26th Street,” said Koeppel. “Dripos wanted its operations to be on one floor, not split across multiple. The expanded space at 151 W. 26th also allows flexible room for the company to grow.”
