**Burk Interests and Greenway Investment Propose $650M Mixed-Use Development in Preston Hollow**

Burk Interests and Greenway Investment are seeking approval from the City of Dallas for a major rezoning that would pave the way for a $650 million mixed-use district in the Preston Hollow neighborhood. The proposed development includes a 28-story hotel and condominium tower, a 24-story luxury apartment tower, two office towers, and a collection of restaurants, all surrounding a central green space designed to serve as the heart of the community.

According to the Dallas Business Journal, the proposed towers would rise up to 275 and 325 feet in height. Preliminary plans indicate that the hotel would feature approximately 150 rooms alongside fewer than 100 condominium units.

The development site is located directly across from Central Market, on land that Burk Interests has owned since 2017. Construction could begin as early as 2028, pending city approval.

Dallas-based architectural firm GFF has been selected to lead the design of the project.
