**8300 Douglas: Transformative Mixed-Use Project Coming to Dallas**

A team led by Ramrock Real Estate, in collaboration with Lincoln Property Company, HKS, and Willow Bridge Property Management, has unveiled plans for 8300 Douglas, a transformative mixed-use development poised to reshape Dallas’ urban landscape. Located near the Preston Center Pavilion, the highly anticipated project will integrate upscale office, residential, and retail spaces into a walkable, connected environment.

Scheduled for completion in 2028, the development will feature:

– Approximately 300,000 square feet of Class AA office space across 12 floors
– A 17-story luxury residential tower offering 147 units and 280,000 square feet of living space
– A 35,000-square-foot rooftop park
– Around 24,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and dining offerings

The office tower will be outfitted with premium amenities, including a full-service health club, tenant lounge, wine room, modern conference facilities, catering kitchen, and a private luxury social club.

HKS Architects has been selected to lead the design of the project, which aims to set a new standard for mixed-use developments in the region.
