**Ramrock and Partners Unveil 8300 Douglas, a Premier Mixed-Use Development in Dallas**
Ramrock Real Estate, in collaboration with Lincoln Property Company, HKS, and Willow Bridge Property Management, has announced plans for 8300 Douglas—a new mixed-use development set to transform the Dallas skyline. The project will blend premier office, residential, and retail spaces into a walkable urban destination adjacent to the Preston Center Pavilion.
Slated for completion in 2028, 8300 Douglas will feature approximately 300,000 square feet of Class AA office space across 12 floors. Complementing the commercial component, a 17-story luxury residential tower will rise on the site, offering 147 sophisticated apartment units and 280,000 square feet of upscale living space. The development also includes 24,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, as well as a signature 35,000-square-foot rooftop park designed to enhance the community’s urban landscape.
Designed by renowned architecture firm HKS, the office tower is poised to offer a variety of premium amenities. These include a full-service health club, a tenant lounge, a wine room, state-of-the-art conference facilities, a catering kitchen, and an elegant luxury social club to foster executive collaboration and networking.
