KLNB has secured a 3,484-square-foot retail lease for a new Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins location at 411 Maple Avenue East in Vienna, Virginia.
This lease signing marks a significant milestone, as drive-thru spaces in the highly competitive Vienna market are difficult to secure. The new site offers Dunkin’ a prime opportunity to expand its service capabilities by adding a drive-thru, a notable enhancement over its existing walk-in-only operation at the Vienna Plaza shopping mall.
