Nexus Development Corp. Breaks Ground on 20-Story Luxury Senior Living Tower in Dallas
Nexus Development Corp. has officially begun construction on Vivante at Turtle Creek, a 20-story luxury senior living community located at 2505 Turtle Creek Boulevard in Uptown Dallas. The high-rise will include 193 residential units and is set for completion by late 2027.
The development will offer 164 assisted living residences and 29 memory care units, along with two levels of underground parking. The assisted living units will range from 1,000 to 3,000 square feet, featuring balconies and full kitchens. The memory care units will be part of a secure special care area within the tower known as “the Shores,” designed specifically for residents with dementia.
Vivante at Turtle Creek will also feature a wide range of upscale amenities, including a beauty salon, movie theater, library, yoga and Pilates studio, as well as chauffeured Mercedes-Benz transportation.
The $270 million project secured a $180 million construction loan from Beal Bank. HKS Inc. is serving as the design architect, while Andres Construction has been appointed as the general contractor.
