Deer Park Town Center Welcomes Four New Retail Tenants
Deer Park Town Center continues to expand its diverse lineup of retailers and restaurants with the addition of four new tenants: Toastique, LaserAway, Warby Parker, and American Eagle.
Located in Deer Park, Illinois, the outdoor lifestyle shopping center is managed by JLL and features more than 60 retail, restaurant, and service brands.
“We’re proud to welcome four new tenants to our growing mix of national and local retailers at Deer Park Town Center,” said Lisa Blaszinski, General Manager at Deer Park Town Center for JLL. “Our goal is to continue to identify retailers that resonate with our guests, ensuring the community enjoys a unique shopping and dining experience with every visit.”
LaserAway has officially opened a new 1,819-square-foot location at the center. Warby Parker is currently under construction and will soon open a 2,512-square-foot store. American Eagle will occupy a 5,800-square-foot space, while Toastique, a fast-casual gourmet toast and juice bar, will open a 1,400-square-foot restaurant later this year.
These additions continue to enhance Deer Park Town Center’s appeal as a premier shopping destination in the region.
