Marcus & Millichap arranged the sale and financing of Birch Terrace Apartments, a 36-unit multifamily property located at 601, 613, and 617 E. Birch St. in Brea for $13,605,000 million. Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), a subsidiary of Marcus & Millichap provided acquisition financing in the amount of $5 million dollars to complete the transaction.
Tyler Leeson and Matt Kipp from Marcus & Millichap’s Orange County office acted as exclusive advisors on behalf of the seller – a California based limited-liability company – while Nick Kazemi was instrumental in procuring an individual investor to purchase this fully renovated asset which is rare within Orange County market according to Leeson who stated “Both buyer and seller were able to achieve their goals with successful closing”
