KeyBank Donates $30M to Cleveland Foundation's Midtown Collaboration Center

KeyBank Institutional Advisors and KeyBank Community Development Lending and Investment (CDLI) have provided $30 million of financing to the Cleveland Foundation (TCF) for the construction of a 95,000-square-foot Midtown Collaboration Center located in Cleveland’s MidTown and historic Hough neighborhoods. Adjacent to TCF headquarters, this project is supported by partners such as Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, the Cleveland Institute of Art, Hyland Software and Economic & Community Development Institute – one of America’s largest SBA micro lenders.

Ryan Olman at KeyBank CDLI commented: “We are proud to invest capital into sustainable development that promotes inclusion and equity in these neighborhoods. Partnering with The Cleveland Foundation allows us an opportunity to transform communities across our city.”

This investment marks yet another step towards creating vibrant urban centers throughout Greater Cleveland while providing economic stability for its citizens.
