**GTIS Partners Acquires 26 Acres in Grand Prairie for New Industrial Development**

GTIS Partners has acquired a 26-acre site in Grand Prairie, Texas, where it plans to develop a 442,000-square-foot industrial facility. Located at 2601 S. Belt Line Road, the site falls within a designated Opportunity Zone.

The development, named Remington 30, is backed by the GTIS Opportunity Zone Fund I, a $630 million investment vehicle focused on projects in underinvested areas. Groundbreaking for the facility is expected later this year, with completion slated for the end of next year.

Remington 30 will be situated near Wildlife Commerce Park, a significant 220-acre industrial development encompassing 4.8 million square feet and developed by Crow Holdings.

Founded in 2005, GTIS Partners manages $4.7 billion in assets and maintains a diversified portfolio across office, industrial, and multifamily sectors. The firm operates multiple offices nationwide, including in Dallas, Los Angeles, and Houston, and has invested in 235 real estate assets across nearly 50 markets.

Recordings of panel discussions from the recent Connect Texas Multifamily conference are now available on demand. Industry professionals can access the sessions—which feature insights from top developers, investors, lenders, and economists—for $59. Topics include market transitions in the multifamily sector, investment strategies, and regional economic outlooks.
