**Nashville Underground Building Listed for $79 Million**
The historic Basin Alley Building, located at 105 Broadway in downtown Nashville, is on the market for $79 million. The 54,825-square-foot property is currently home to the Nashville Underground honky-tonk.
Owned by singer-songwriters and brothers Gavin and Joey DeGraw, the building has been a landmark venue since its opening in 2018. Originally constructed in 1935 as a seed warehouse, the property has since been transformed into a multi-level entertainment space delivering what it calls an “intimate, authentic Nashville experience”—blending live music, food, and spirits.
Featuring six floors, Nashville Underground includes a restaurant, bars, event space, arcade games, bowling lanes, and TVs. A recent addition on the third floor expanded the venue’s entertainment offerings even further.
CBRE is handling the listing, with brokers Nick Goss, Paul Gaither, Kevin Hurley, and Matt Karempelis managing inquiries. In addition to a potential sale, CBRE is also open to lease agreements.
The DeGraw brothers acquired the 0.2-acre property for $30 million in February 2023.
