**Vacant Dunwoody Office Complex Set for Residential Redevelopment**

A former State Farm office campus in Dunwoody is set for a major transformation. Workspace Property Trust has announced plans to convert the two office buildings located at 64 and 66 Perimeter Center East into residential space.

According to The Atlanta Business Chronicle, the redevelopment will include for-sale residential condominiums at 64 Perimeter Center East and age-restricted rental units for individuals 55 and older at 66 Perimeter Center East. In addition to repurposing the existing buildings, the project will feature newly built residential units on adjacent land to the east and west.

The full redevelopment will consist of 441 residential units, including:
– 214 condominiums
– 126 age-restricted rental apartments
– 101 townhomes

Groundbreaking for the project is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026. Once completed, the redevelopment will eliminate approximately 600,000 square feet of office space from Dunwoody’s commercial real estate inventory, reflecting the broader trend of repurposing outdated or underused office properties in response to changing demand.
