**Tutor Perini Corporation Signs Six-Year Lease for New York Office Operations**
Tutor Perini Corporation, one of the largest general contractors in the United States and a leading civil and building construction company, has signed a new six-year lease for office space in Midtown Manhattan. The lease encompasses 27,990 square feet and includes a portion of the 8th floor at 520 Eighth Avenue as well as the entire 9th floor of 266 West 37th Street. Both buildings are interconnected and share a common lobby.
The company is set to establish its New York office operations in the newly leased space following the completion of landlord improvement work. Tutor Perini officially took possession of the space earlier this month.
