**Goldenrod Breaks Ground on Van Zandt Mixed-Use Development in Fort Worth**

Goldenrod has officially started construction on The Van Zandt, a major mixed-use development located in the 2800 block of West Seventh Street in Fort Worth. The project will feature 100,000 square feet of office space, 226 residential units, and 13,000 square feet of retail.

Just blocks away, Goldenrod is also planning another significant project: One University, located in the 3000 block of Morton Street. That development will include approximately 115,000 square feet of office space, 242 apartments, and a 176-room Autograph Collection hotel named The Tycoon.

Together, these two projects represent a total investment of approximately $400 million.

Construction on The Van Zandt is expected to be completed in about 20 months. In support of these developments, the Fort Worth City Council approved performance-based grants last August totaling up to $11.17 million for The Van Zandt and up to $19.65 million for One University, contingent on the company meeting specific milestones.

To qualify for the incentives, Goldenrod must obtain a certificate of occupancy for The Van Zandt by December 31, 2026, and for One University by December 31, 2027.
