**Former Antioch Music Venue Converting to Residential and Commercial Space**
Link Logistics is redeveloping a long-dormant site in Antioch, Tennessee, transforming the former Starwood Amphitheatre property into a large-scale mixed-use community. The redevelopment plan includes 174 townhomes, 61 single-family homes, 25,000 square feet of commercial space, and 500,000 square feet of business park and industrial space.
According to the Nashville Business Journal, the 65.32-acre site at 3839 Murfreesboro Pike will also feature a variety of community amenities. Plans include a clubhouse and pool, a neighborhood park, playground, greenway trail, and a venue park with a pavilion designed for outdoor events and entertainment.
The full development will bring a total of 235 residential units to the area, alongside a diverse mix of commercial components such as retail, restaurant, and entertainment venues. The site is expected to support significant warehouse and office facilities as part of its industrial segment.
The property has remained unused since 2007 when Live Nation Entertainment Inc. closed the popular 17,000-seat amphitheater. The new project marks a significant revitalization of the long-idle space, signaling ongoing growth and transformation in the Antioch community.
