**Former Antioch Music Venue to Be Transformed into Mixed-Use Development**
Link Logistics is set to redevelop the site of a former amphitheater in Antioch into a dynamic mixed-use project featuring residential, commercial, and industrial components. The plan includes 174 townhomes, 61 single-family homes, approximately 25,000 square feet of commercial space, and 500,000 square feet designated for a business park and industrial development.
Situated on a 65.32-acre property at 3839 Murfreesboro Pike, the site will also feature an array of community amenities. Planned additions include a clubhouse and pool, a neighborhood park, a playground, greenway trails, and a venue park with a pavilion for outdoor gatherings and entertainment.
The comprehensive development will ultimately provide 235 residential units, along with retail, restaurant, and entertainment spaces. In addition, the business and industrial park is expected to contribute significantly to the local economy through the addition of new office and warehouse facilities.
The property has remained inactive since 2007, when Live Nation Entertainment Inc. closed the 17,000-seat music venue that once occupied the site. This new investment by Link Logistics marks a significant revitalization of the area, aiming to bring new life, housing, and job opportunities to the Antioch community.
