**“Resort-Style” Senior Living Coming to Two Atlanta-Area Locations**
Two luxury senior living communities are underway in Georgia, with Active Senior Concepts (ASC) leading the $285 million development. The projects—Celebration Village Athens and Celebration Village Peachtree—will be located in Oconee and Coweta counties, respectively.
These “resort-style” communities will feature a variety of residential options, including for-sale bungalows and cottages, as well as apartments for assisted living and memory care. Designed with active seniors in mind, each location will offer a range of hospitality-driven amenities and services.
Celebration Village Athens and Celebration Village Peachtree will include wellness programs, on-site restaurants, pools, gathering areas, pickleball courts, putting greens, and walking paths. Residents will also have access to daily shuttle service to nearby attractions.
The developments are targeting seniors in areas that already have a high percentage of aging residents—almost 20% of the population in Oconee and Coweta counties are between 60 and 79 years old.
ASC has partnered with Jacoby Acquisitions to bring these projects to life. Jacoby was responsible for securing the land just outside Athens and Peachtree City, where the communities will be built.
