**JLL Completes Sale of Industrial Facility in Vernon Hills, Illinois**
JLL has successfully arranged the sale of a specialized light industrial property located at 560-562 E. Bunker Court in Vernon Hills, Illinois. The 73,150-square-foot, multi-tenant facility lies within Lake County, part of the greater Chicago metropolitan area.
The property was sold on behalf of JMS Capital Group to Wisconsin-based Luther Group. The transaction was facilitated by JLL’s Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team, led by Managing Director Kurt Sarbaugh and Senior Managing Director Jaime Fink.
This acquisition represents Luther Group’s second property purchase in Illinois, highlighting the firm’s expansion beyond the Greater Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin markets.
Strategically located at the intersection of Illinois Route 21 and Illinois Route 60, the facility offers immediate access to Interstate 94, effectively serving the surrounding North Shore communities of Chicago.
Constructed in 1990 on a 4.41-acre site, the facility includes 24-foot clear ceiling heights, three interior recessed loading docks, three drive-in doors, and 227 parking stalls. It is situated within Continental Executive Parke, a 600-acre master-planned business park developed by Prentiss Properties.
