Dart Interests has acquired Fort Worth’s Central Library for $18 million. The library, which had seen a steady decline in visits, was closed in May. Spanning three floors and totaling 250,000 square feet, the building will be demolished and redeveloped into a mixed-use development. Christopher Kelsey of Dart Interests expressed excitement about working with the city to bring more opportunities to live, work and play in Fort Worth.
