Four Peaks Multifamily Partners has acquired the 297-unit Harvest Station Apartments in Broomfield for $85 million. The property, located at 11775 Wadsworth Boulevard, was sold by Hamilton Zanze, which had originally purchased it in 2016 for $67.2 million.

Constructed in 2014, the complex offers a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, with some units reaching up to 1,500 square feet. Select residences feature attached garages and private patios.

Residents of Harvest Station Apartments enjoy a range of amenities including a clubhouse, business center, fitness center, pet park, swimming pool, and spa.

Walker & Dunlop’s team – David Potarf, Dan Woodward, Matt Barnett, and Jake Young – represented the transaction.

Four Peaks Multifamily Partners continues to expand its presence in the Colorado market. In addition to Harvest Station, the group also owns the Peaks on Drake, a multifamily community in Fort Collins.
