**Westwood Financial Acquires Fully Leased Shops at Stone Creek in Rockwall, Texas**
Westwood Financial has acquired Shops at Stone Creek, an 80,599-square-foot, grocery-anchored shopping center located in Rockwall, Texas. The retail property is fully leased and anchored by Tom Thumb, which also features an on-site fuel center.
Shops at Stone Creek offers a diverse tenant mix with a focus on service-oriented and food-and-beverage businesses. Notable tenants include CareNow, The UPS Store, Rockwall Urgent Vet, Great Clips, Subway, and Alpine Dental. The center also features ground-leased pads occupied by McDonald’s, Salad and Go, and HTeaO.

This acquisition aligns with Westwood Financial’s ongoing strategy to expand its portfolio of grocery-anchored shopping centers in high-growth Sunbelt markets. The company now owns and operates more than 125 shopping centers nationwide, boasting a portfolio occupancy rate of 97%.
