**Lightstone Expands Research Triangle Presence with New Acquisition**

Lightstone has acquired a 92,000-square-foot life science portfolio in North Carolina’s Raleigh-Durham Research Triangle for approximately $9 million. The newly purchased buildings—located at 3500 Paramount Parkway in Morrisville and 3000 Weston Parkway in Cary—represent a continued expansion of the firm’s investment in the area, which has now reached nearly $100 million in 2025 alone.

The properties are move-in ready, featuring fully equipped research and development laboratories along with supporting office spaces. Strategically located near prominent corporate hubs, 3500 Paramount Parkway is situated just two miles from Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Lightstone intends to lease the facilities immediately.

The sale was brokered by David Finger and Alban Barrus of Cushman & Wakefield.

Earlier this year, Lightstone also acquired the 83,000-square-foot life science facility at 1219 Shiloh Glenn Drive in Durham County, previously owned by Pfizer.

With these acquisitions, Lightstone’s life sciences platform now spans 1 million square feet, encompassing investments in life sciences, medical office buildings, and technology-driven assets.
