**Global Literary Agency Trident Media Group Relocates NYC Offices**
Trident Media Group, an internationally acclaimed literary agency representing numerous award-winning authors, has leased a full-floor office space at 18 East 41st Street in Manhattan. The 5,200-square-foot space occupies the 13th floor of the Central Plaza Building. The agency is set to relocate from its current headquarters at 355 Lexington Avenue in December.
John Thompson and Justin Gentile of Resolution Real Estate, a member of NAI Global, represented the landlord, 18 East 41st Partners LLC, in the transaction.
“Trident Media Group is a powerhouse in the literary community, and we are delighted they have chosen the Central Plaza Building,” said Thompson. “The space was in excellent condition and there are only a few modifications needed for Resolution to make on behalf of ownership.”
Added Gentile, “This building has become a hub for creative tenants, largely because of its open floorplates and central location.”
The tenant was represented by Elliott Zelinger and Scott Fink of Savitt Partners.
