Lee & Associates has successfully negotiated a 5,350-square-foot lease at 6657 South Street, located in the heart of downtown Tinley Park, Illinois. Positioned southwest of Chicago, the property benefits from its convenient proximity to major highways I-57 and I-80.
The transaction involved both the seller, South Street LLC, and the buyer, the Pappas Family. Representation for both parties was handled by Rick Scardino, Principal, and Michael Petrik, Senior Associate, at Lee & Associates of Illinois.
The Pappas Family intends to introduce an elevated gastropub at the site, featuring a revamped menu and an upgraded interior ambiance. This new venture will complement the ongoing development of Tinley Park’s downtown retail corridor, which has recently seen the addition of Harmony Square—a 1.6-acre plaza with a live performance venue designed to boost community engagement and entertainment.
