**Collector’s Garage at WestWorld Receives Green Light for $55M Car Condo Facility in Scottsdale**

Following approval from the Scottsdale City Council, developers of The Collector’s Garage at WestWorld are set to move forward with the construction of a $55 million, 76,500-square-foot luxury car condo facility. The project will be located on a five-acre site at 9909 E. McDowell Mountain Ranch Road, adjacent to Loop 101 and near Scottsdale Airport.

Groundbreaking is anticipated in approximately 18 months, and the location is strategically positioned less than two miles from the famous Barrett-Jackson car auction venue.

According to reports from the Scottsdale Business Journal, the development will include 46 individual garage condos spread over five buildings. Forty-two units will measure 1,500 square feet each, while four larger units will come in at 2,400 square feet.

Buyers will have the opportunity to fully customize their garage spaces, continuing a trend seen in other upscale car condo projects. Previous units in similar developments have featured additions such as pickleball courts, second-level mezzanines, and vehicle lifts, turning the garage spaces into personalized automotive retreats.

The Collector’s Garage aims to become a premier destination for automotive enthusiasts seeking secure, high-end storage in the heart of Scottsdale.
