**StreetLights Residential Breaks Ground on 635-Unit Development at The Mix in Frisco**

StreetLights Residential and The Mix Frisco have officially broken ground on the first phase of a major multifamily development located within The Mix, a 112-acre mixed-use community in Frisco, Texas. The new residential community is projected to open in fall 2027, with leasing expected to begin in the second quarter of the same year.

The development will include more than 635 urban living units and townhomes, featuring a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans. Designed to foster an elevated lifestyle experience, the community will feature a robust suite of amenities, including coworking lounges, pet wash stations, game rooms, gathering spaces, swimming pools, and a central park that serves as the heart of the neighborhood. Screened balconies and rooftop terraces will offer additional outdoor living space for residents.

In addition to residential offerings, The Mix will also provide a range of on-site retail and dining options, including shops, restaurants, a bar, and a coffee shop—all aimed at creating a vibrant and walkable urban environment.

Torti Gallas + Partners serves as the architect of record for the project, while StreetLights Construction is overseeing the build as the general contractor.

This multifamily development marks a significant milestone in the evolution of The Mix, underscoring its vision to become a dynamic and integrated live-work-play community in the heart of Frisco.
