**SB Development Group and Hazelton Capital Secure $170M for Cove Miami Condominium in Edgewater**
SB Development Group and Hazelton Capital Group have secured $170 million in construction and land financing for the development of Cove Miami, a 40-story luxury condominium tower located in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. The financing was provided by Bravo Property Trust.
Positioned along the shores of Biscayne Bay, Cove Miami will offer 134 upscale residences, ranging from one to four bedrooms. The architectural design is a collaboration between Kobi Karp and Dieguez Fridman.
The condominium will feature an array of high-end amenities including:

– Traditional hammam and sauna
