Cushman & Wakefield Facilitates 120,000 SF of Leasing Activity at University Office Park in Waltham

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged 120,400 square feet of new leasing activity at University Office Park, a premier two-building office campus totaling 290,000 square feet, located at 51 & 95 Sawyer Road along the Charles River in Waltham, Massachusetts.

The activity includes a mix of lease renewals and space expansions, further enhancing the campus’s tenant roster. While specific tenants were not disclosed, the surge in leasing comes on the heels of landlord Albany Road’s successful refinancing of the property with The Ardent Companies.

A Cushman & Wakefield team led by Michael O’Leary, Ross Gaudet, Elizabeth Swanson, and Bobby Phinney represented Albany Road in the lease negotiations.
