EYA LLC has officially received entitlement approvals from St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Falls Church, clearing the way for the development of a new townhome community on the site.
Situated at the intersection of Leesburg Pike and Idylwood Road, the planned development will consist of approximately 70 townhomes. The project honors the church’s long-term vision for growth while introducing new housing options, green space, and improved trail connections. The location offers convenient access to major transportation routes including I-66 and I-495, as well as the West Falls Church-VT Metro station, providing direct connectivity to Tysons, downtown Falls Church, and the greater Washington, D.C., region.
