**Hillwood Expands AllianceTexas Portfolio with Two New Industrial Buildings**
Hillwood has announced the development of two new Class A speculative industrial buildings within the expansive 27,000-acre AllianceTexas development. The projects represent the next phase of Hillwood’s strategy to deliver industrial space tailored for new and expanding operations.
The first facility, Alliance Westport 15, will span 798,494 square feet and be located at Mobility Way and Intermodal Parkway. The second, Alliance Gateway 34, will offer 310,036 square feet of space at the intersection of Westport Parkway and Independence Parkway. Both buildings are scheduled to begin construction in September, with completion expected in 2026.
Alliance Westport 15 will benefit from direct access to Intermodal Parkway, FM 156, Perot Field, and the BNSF Railway’s Alliance Intermodal Facility, making it a strategic choice for logistics and distribution operations. Meanwhile, Alliance Gateway 34 will be situated four miles to the east, ideally positioned between U.S. 377 and the newly expanded State Highway 170.
GSR Andrade Architects has been tapped to design both buildings, with Hillwood Construction Services serving as the general contractor. Financing for the projects comes from Frost Bank for Alliance Westport 15 and b1BANK for Alliance Gateway 34.
These additions underscore Hillwood’s ongoing commitment to fostering industrial growth and infrastructure within AllianceTexas.
