**875 Third Avenue Welcomes Two Local Food Favorites in New Retail Leases**
Global Holdings has announced two new retail leases at the base of its Class A office tower, 875 Third Avenue, located in Midtown Manhattan. The additions are part of an ongoing effort to enhance the tenant and neighborhood experience with dynamic food and beverage offerings.
Utopia Bagels, a popular New York brand, signed a 15-year lease for 3,512 square feet spanning the ground floor and lower concourse. Essex Squeeze, a juice bar known for its fresh, health-focused offerings, has agreed to a 10-year lease for 1,326 square feet.
“Our goal has always been to curate the best-in-workplace experiences and deliver retail that not only serves the needs of our office tenants but also draws in New Yorkers from across the neighborhood,” said Craig Panzirer, Senior Vice President and Director of Leasing at Global Holdings Management Group. “Utopia Bagels and Essex Squeeze join a list of beloved local brands at 875 Third and will bring an energy, authenticity, and all-day appeal to the tower that further differentiates its standing in Midtown East.”
Jeff Winick of RTL represented Utopia Bagels in the lease. Frank Reiser and Diego Rojas of Tungsten Property represented Essex Squeeze, with Reiser also representing Global Holdings in both transactions.
These new leases are part of Global Holdings’ strategy to enhance its office properties with premium retail tenants that add vibrancy to the workplace environment and attract foot traffic from the broader community.
