A prominent figure in Portland’s commercial real estate industry for over four decades, Becic brings unparalleled experience in office leasing and tenant representation. Over the years, he has facilitated hundreds of millions of dollars in lease transactions on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Becic joins Norris & Stevens following a distinguished 42-year tenure with Melvin Mark Companies. His notable career accomplishments include serving as President of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), where he was honored with the Most Valuable Broker Award and the Bill Roberts Memorial Award. His leasing portfolio has featured some of Portland’s most recognized office landmarks, including US Bancorp Tower, Umpqua Bank Plaza, and Columbia Square.
