Berkadia has appointed Brian Gould as a Managing Director in its mortgage banking platform. With 22 years of experience and over $15 billion in closed transactions, Gould brings extensive knowledge to the team’s client service. Based out of the DC Metro office, he will be arranging loans and joint venture equity for various property types.
Gould is a commercial real estate finance veteran with expertise as a mortgage broker, owner, developer and lender. Prior to joining Berkadia he served as Managing Director at Chatham Financial where he led their CRE capital advisory team; additionally his career includes roles such as director of capital markets at JBG SMITH and CRE lender positions held at Prudential Financial & Guggenheim Partners.
