**Jupiter Retail Center Trades for $52.75 Million**
Orion Real Estate Group has sold The Shoppes at Jupiter, a 197,000-square-foot retail property located at the intersection of Indiantown Road and U.S. Highway 1 in Jupiter, Florida. The property changed hands for $52.75 million in an off-market transaction to Ram Realty Advisors. Orion originally acquired the shopping center in 2015 for $27.8 million.
Originally constructed in 1981 and later renovated in 2014, The Shoppes at Jupiter underwent a strategic repositioning under Orion’s ownership. Efforts included significant capital improvements, tenant retention initiatives, and lease enhancements aimed at bolstering the property’s long-term value.
The center has been anchored by major tenants including Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas, Palm Beach Sports Club Gym, Staples, and Bealls. A major new addition to the tenant roster will be Whole Foods Market, which is expected to further strengthen the center’s appeal and performance.
