**Storage Platform Stuf to Open 10th NYC Location at One Park Avenue**
Stuf, a self-storage platform that transforms underutilized commercial and multifamily spaces into storage facilities, has signed an 11,991-square-foot lease at Vornado Realty Trust’s One Park Avenue. Situated between 32nd and 33rd Streets, this marks Stuf’s tenth location in New York City and is scheduled to open this fall.

The new One Park Avenue location will offer approximately 110 storage lockers in various sizes. It is conveniently located between Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station, two of New York City’s primary transportation hubs, making it an ideal spot for commuters and residents alike.
