**Newcastle Partners Breaks Ground on Class A Industrial Development in Hesperia**
Newcastle Partners has officially commenced construction on a new 406,138-square-foot Class A industrial facility located at 9260 Mesa Linda Street in Hesperia. The project is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2026 and is currently available for either sale or lease.
Voit Real Estate Services has been appointed to handle all marketing, sales, and leasing for the development. The brokerage team is being led by Senior Vice President Ryan Lal, SIOR, and Vice President Dante Borruso, both based out of Voit’s Ontario office.
