**Investor Trio Acquires $50M Aurora Mixed-Use Development**
A group of three investors—Two Arrows Group, Halo, and OlivePoint Capitals—has acquired a mixed-use development in Aurora, Colorado, for a total of $50 million.
The transaction includes the Parkside @ City Center development, featuring three retail buildings located at 14505, 14515, and 14535 East Alameda Avenue, which together span 24,985 square feet. The purchase also includes Stella on the Park, a 216-unit apartment complex at 14565 East Alameda Avenue. The multifamily property offers studio to three-bedroom units and additional ground-floor retail space, bringing the combined retail component of the site to approximately 36,000 square feet.
The seller, Milender White Construction, was the original developer and builder of the four-building community.
The deal was facilitated by several brokerage teams. Jason Schmidt and Austin Snedden led the JLL Capital Markets investment sales and advisory team. CBRE was responsible for the multifamily component, with Shane Ozment, Terrance Hunt, Andy Hellman, Justin Hunt, Brad Schlafer, Chris Hart, and Keegan Rowan representing the seller.
Completed in 2021, the retail spaces were 86% leased at the time of sale.
