New Seasons Market Relocating Store Support HQ to Portland’s Central Eastside
New Seasons Market has announced plans to relocate its store support headquarters to Skylight at the Electric Blocks, an innovative office campus located at 120 SE Clay Street in Portland’s Central Eastside. The development is owned by Killian Pacific.
The company will occupy approximately 32,000 square feet on the second floor of the Skylight building, an 83,000-square-foot mass timber structure within the Electric Blocks development. JLL brokers Jake Lancaster and Jessica Ramey are handling the leasing for the property.
The Electric Blocks is a five-building, 350,000-square-foot office campus designed to support the needs of modern workplaces. The development features nearly 6,000 square feet of outdoor terrace space, more than 300 vehicle parking stalls, and over 400 bike parking spaces. The campus prioritizes sustainability and innovation, incorporating environmentally friendly design elements such as cross-laminated timber construction and new rooftop solar arrays.
